The latest roster is now available to download, and as always the pros at Madden School have all this week’s ratings highlights. Madden School is dedicated to keeping you informed on all the latest player ratings news and expert analysis. Here are the Madden 18 week 6 player ratings update winners and losers.

Once again, if you like using Philadelphia, this was a good week for you in the ratings department. Several Eagles players saw big jumps in their overall rating. Bills users, your team is turning into an online H2H sleeper team, and you’re all very happy after this week’s ratings update.

Winners

Carson Wentz QB Philadelphia Eagles

Up 3 points to an 84 overall

Wentz has been lighting up the NFL to this point in the season and his Madden 18 player rating reflects his stellar play. Wentz was picked as one Madden School’s second year players to watch for, and it looks like he is proving us right. Went’s AWR rating went up by an astonishing 4 points to an 85 rating while his SAC, MAC, and DAC all saw a ratings hike as well. Wentz’s DAC rose the most this week as it jumped 3 points to an 81 rating. Wentz, and the Eagles, are big winners in this week’s Madden 18 player ratings update.

Jaquiski Tartt SS San Francisco 49er’s

Up 4 points to an 82 overall

Tartt’s initial Madden 18 rating started the season at a 72 overall and has come up, steadily, 10 points to an 82 overall. Tartt could be one of the biggest movers on the entire Madden 18 season if this trend continues. Regardless, you’re more than happy to see this hike in his overall rating if you like using Frisco either online or in CFM. The Safety’s MCV and ZCV ratings both rose by 3 points while his PRC went up 5 to an 81.

Jarrad Davis MLB Detroit Lions

Up 4 points to a 78 overall

The rookie MLB saw a 4 point jump in his overall rating this week as the Lions defense continues to play decent. Most notably, Davis’s PRC is up 6 while his PUR rose by 3 points. Both extremely valuable ratings for a MLB, especially a young one like Davis. Detroit is a viable team with a nice defense that Davis will head for many years to come. Whether you like Detroit in H2H competitive matches or CFM, Davis is an asset.

Losers

Joe Berger RG Minnesota Vikings

Down 4 points to a 76 overall

Berger struggled against the Bears and his Madden rating suffered in the week 6 ratings update. Besides getting a little older, Berger lost 9 whopping points in his RBK rating this week, dropping it down to a 76 rating. That O-line in Minnesota is getting worse and worse it seems, and Berger’s recent misfortunes in the ratings update makes it difficult to use the Vikings squad.

Darren McFadden HB Dallas Cowboys

Down 2 points to a 73 overall

McFadden has seen a steady 4 point drop in his overall rating since Madden 18’s launch. The veteran HB lost 5 huge AWR points while dropping off in nearly every one of the vital HB ratings categories. McFadden lost 3 in SPM and 2 in BCV ratings to go with his 2 point drop off in the ever important TRK category. McFadden is slowly declining, and you may want to consider that before trying to play with him.

Cordy Glenn LT Buffalo Bills

Down 3 points to a 76 overall

Glenn is the second Bills player to make our list in the last two weeks as DT Kyle Williams made week 5’s list. Nonetheless, the veteran LT saw a big drop in his overall rating this week and that hurts for those of you who like to roll with the Bills in competitive matches. Glenn has seen a steady drop in his overall as the season has progressed. He is down by 8 overall points from launch as he’s gone from an 84 overall to a lowly 76 overall. Most significantly, Glenn has seen a decline in his PBK and RBK ratings. With a 3 point dip in his PBK and a 2 point drop in his RBK, Glenn’s overall rating is suffering a slow death in Madden 18.

That just about does it for Madden Schools week 6 Madden 18 player ratings update winners and losers. See any that we may have missed? As always, feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below.
