Welcome to the Madden 17 Singleback Jumbo Heavy Mini eBook. The mini eBook is all on one page for your convenience and can be viewed below.
This formation forces your opponent to respect the running game. If you are playing a guy while likes to come out in Nickel or Dime formations in order to set up nano blitzes, you will easily be able to just run the ball until he adjusts.
The best part about this formation is that you can flip any of these plays and attack the other side of the field and your opponent will have no way of knowing.
There are a couple things you should be aware of in order to make this mini ebook most effective. The quick video below will go over those things and then we will get into the plays.

This is only in the alternate offense (run balanced)?
Yes that is correct
Great plays but to many adjustments based on the coverages . Lots to remember lol. Keep it up thou. Love the content
Never really used singleback formations but I love this one it’s one of my favorites now
Glad you are liking it!
What’s the playbook name in MUT, I don’t see a run balanced playbook in the elite playbooks
How do you throw a swing pass to the running back ? I keep on missing the back with my throws.
I’m not sure, you shouldn’t really ever throw an incompletion on a swing pass to the running back unless you have a very bad qb.
My timing is off on swing passes to the back. Any advices on how to throw the pass properly?
i really enjoy when you give us just one formation but break it down like this. this formation & the gun tight offset TE are my favorite 2 formations. keep up the good work!
Thanks for the feedback man. We will probably be doing more breakdowns like this in the future.
is there a playbook i can upload from madden? or do i have to create a new one to input every playbook you guys have to offer?
great stuff, appreciate all the work, still need help on defense, guys in my league are tearing it apart.
Our first 7 or 8 ebooks are can be found via a custom playbook that you can download. You can learn more about that here: https://www.madden-school.com/madden-17-custom-playbooks-madden-school/
We will update them with all of the new plays and formations in the next month or so. In the meantime you can just add in the extra plays you want.
Kerby… 1. Practice 2. Try lobs, touch passes and bullet passes. Each will give advantages but also add risk depending on coverage and pressure on the qb. I.e. Use a lob or touch pass if feeling pressure but not if someone is picking up the rb in man and is closing. 3. You may not have the right personnel for what you’re trying to do? If you’re constantly on the run when throwing to the swing man, and your qb has a very low throw on the run rating, he’ll always miss it. It’s not you, it’s him. Lol.
MS… Loving this package so far! Thanks!
Thanks so much for your support!
is there gonna be a ebook for 46 base defense playbook?
Not sure yet. It is a decent playbook but we don’t yet have enough out of it to make an ebook
