Pistol Y-Trips – Strong Power Money Running Play

Effective run plays are always hard to find, but we labbed up a really good one that you can incorporate into your playbook in Madden 15.

The play is usually good for 5-10 yards and you always have the chance to take it to the house.

Playbook: Detroit Lions and Indianapolis Colts

Formation: Pistol Y Trips

Play: Strong Power

Setup:

1. Sub in your best blocker in the slot WR position
2. Max protect your offensive line

Overview: Your read will be based off the slot WR block. If he blocks his guy inside follow the blocks outside. If he lands an outside block take it inside! Don’t forget to max protect. In my opinion, this play is the best run in the game because of the way the slot receiver blocks.
