Formation: Pistol Wing Flex

Play: Smash Spot

Setup:

1. Put the RB/R1 tight end on a streak
2. Put the X/Square receiver on a drag
3. Smart route the B/O receiver
4. Block the running back
5. Motion the B/O receiver to the right side of the screen

Reads:

1. The first read on the play is the X/Square receiver on the drag route
2. Then look for the B/O receiver over the middle of the field
3. If that is not there find the A/X tight end on the post corner route
4. Finally, look for the RB/R1 tight end up the seam of the field

Overview: On this play all the routes on the play set each other up. Meaning all you have to do is make the correct read because whichever route is covered that means somebody else is open. The mixture of these route combinations makes it nearly impossible to cover them all in one defense.

Play: Y Stick

Setup:

1. Put the A/X tight end on a streak
2. Put the RB/R1 tight end on a hitch route
3. Put the B/O receiver on a fade route
4. Motion the B/O receiver to the right side of the screen

Reads:

1. The first read on the play is the B/O receiver on the outside pass lead
2. Then look for the RB/R1 tight end on the hitch route that you can playmaker
3. If that is not there find X/Square receiver on the post over the middle
4. Lastly, look up the seam of the field to the A/X tight end

Overview: This play is going to destroy zone coverages as well. Also, this play will appear the same as the last play to your opponent, leading your opponent to make incorrect adjustments that will leave your receivers wide open for big gains.

Play: HB Draw

Setup:

1. Motion the B/O receiver to the right side of the screen

Reads:

1. Follow the blockers

Overview: This is a good run play to mix in with this formation. The motion of the B/O receiver will make it appear to your opponent that you are passing the ball. Then you hit them with a run play, and every good passing formation needs a run play so you are not run dimensional.
