Madden NFL 17 Pittsburgh Steelers Team Breakdown

The Steelers are one of the best teams in Madden 17.  They have playmakers all over the field on both offense and defense.  Look for the Steelers to be a team that everyone uses this year.

The Madden School Pittsburgh Steelers team breakdown for Madden 17 can be found below.

Team: Pittsburgh Steelers

Offensive Strategy: Whatever you want.  The Steelers are probably the 1 team in Madden 17 where you can do whatever you want on offense.  Want to throw the ball around all the time? They have the pieces for that.  Want to call a power run game?  That works too.  The Steelers have playmakers all over the field on offense.

Defensive Strategy: Get after the QB.  The Steelers have some of the best linebackers in Madden 17.  The middle linebackers are especially fierce and should be able to shut down the middle of the field.

Impact Players: QB Ben Roethlisberger, HB Le’Veon Bell, WR Antonio Brown, WR Martavis Bryant, TE Ladarius Green, C Maurkice Pouncey, RG David DeCastro, LE Cameron Heyward, LOLB Bud Dupree, MLB Lawrence Timmons, MLB Ryan Shazier, ROLB James Harrison, CB William Gay, FS Mike Mitchell

Strengths: Playmakers.  The Steelers are loaded with talent.  They have a top 3 quarterback, running back, and wide receiver.  They also have some pretty dominant other guys like Martavis Bryant and Ladarius Green so your opponent can’t just lock in on your best players.

Weaknesses: Defensive Tackle/Nose Tackle.  The Steelers really don’t have too many weaknesses but if you had to pinpoint one weakness, it would probably be at nose tackle.

Overview: The Steelers are a top 5 Madden 17 team.  They will be a team you’ll see everyone using online.
