The Colts head into Madden 16 with a really strong offense and a few parts on defense that could make them one of the most used teams in this year’s game.

Team: Indianapolis Colts
Offensive Strategy: Get the ball to your playmakers. Andrew Luck is one of the best quarterbacks in the game and he has a whole bunch of weapons. T.Y. Hilton, Andre Johnson, and Phillip Dorsett are all dangerous receiver. Dwayne Allen and Colby Fleener are extremely reliable as well.
Defensive Strategy: Rush the passer. Trent Cole and Robert Mathis can both take over games. You will need to get consistent pressure on the other teams quarterback if you want a chance to slow down some of the best offenses in Madden 16.
Impact Players: QB Andrew Luck, HB Frank Gore, WR T.Y. Hilton, WR Andre Johnson, TE Dwayne Allen, TE Coby Fleener, OLB Trent Cole, OLB Robert Mathis, CB Vontae Davis
Key Newcomers: OLB Trent Cole, HB Frank Gore, WR Andre Johnson, WR Phillip Dorsett
Strengths: Offense. The Colts have one of the most dangerous offenses in Madden NFL 16. You can run with Frank Gore, go deep to T.Y. Hilton, throw to Andre Johnson, or choose between your 2 tight ends. The Colts offense should have no problem moving the ball.
Weaknesses: Defense outside of the pass rush and Vontae Davis. We have already established that Robert Mathis and Trent Cole are good. Vontae Davis is a stud as well. Outside of those guys, the Colts don’t have a very good Madden defense. Luckily, the offense should be able to put up enough points to compensate for the defense.
Overview: The Colts are an above average team in Madden 16. A lot of people will use them online. If their defense plays well, it will be hard to beat them.

Thanks for the tips, info, etc. Great site! Just actually got into playing Madden again. Bought 16 for $2.50 in bargain bin. Yeah it’s dated, but wanted to justify if I decide to put funds toward 18.. Imma skip 17, but if 16 is fun enough… I’ll likely get back on the Madden train with 18, rather than get 17 at this point.
