Madden NFL 15 Denver Broncos Team Breakdown

The Denver Broncos will absolutely be one of the most popular teams that you face in Madden 15.  Their potent offense combined with an improved defense will make them a nightmare to play against this year.

Team: Denver Broncos

Offensive Strategy: Take advantage of your many weapons on offense.  Demaryius Thomas is always a deep threat, Wes Welker can beat any coverages, and Julius Thomas is a matchup nightmare.  The additions of Emmanuel Sanders and Cody Latimer will make Peyton Manning that much more effective in Madden NFL 15.

Defensive Strategy: Let Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware do work.  DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller are 2 of the most feared pass rushers in Madden and now they are on the same team.  Your opponent won’t be able to slide protect and key in on one pass rusher.  Learn a few good blitzes and let your pass rushers get sacks.

Strengths: The passing game.  The Broncos have all kinds of options in the passing game with 4 playmaking wide receivers, and a stud at tight end.  They have one of the most accurate quarterbacks in Peyton Manning so as long as you spread the ball around, your opponent should never be able to focus in on stopping just 1 or 2 weapons.

Weaknesses: Running back.  Sure Montee Ball can convert a 3rd and 2 in a crucial situation, but he isn’t an elite Madden running back and because of this he is the weak link in a very high powered offense.

Impact Players: QB Peyton Manning, HB Montee Ball, WR Demaryius Thomas, WR Wes Welker, WR Emmanuel Sanders, TE Julius Thomas, DT Terrance Knighton, RE Demarcus Ware, LOLB Von Miller, CB Aquib Talib, CB Bradley Roby, SS T.J. Ward

Key Newcomers: WR Emmanuel Sanders, SS T.J. Ward, RE Demarcus Ware, CB Aqib Talib, CB Bradley Roby, WR Cody Latimer

Additional Remarks: The Denver Broncos are slightly improved from last year when they were a top 3 Madden team.  Look for them to be a very popular choice again in Madden 15.

Weakness: “well… the running backs probably wont break any league records so we’ll call them the weakness”
