Setup:

1. Pinch the defense
2. Slant Outside the defensive line
3. Blitz all linebackers 

Overview: This play we are sending a lot of pressure on the opponent. We do blitz 6 people however this makes sure we bring pressure on the QB. It is also good for us to blitz in a formation like this because we mesmerize the opponent by just using block sheds and coverage the majority of the time. When we do blitz it is completely unexpected.

Play: SS Blitz 3

Setup:

1. Pinch the defense
2. Slant Outside the defensive line
3. Blitz all linebackers
4. Put the left middle linebacker in a curl flat zone (Optional)
5. User the deep Safety in a middle third (Optional)

Overview: This is a Cover 3 version of sending pressure on the opponent. These blitzes are very situations yet crucial to mix in. Getting a sack in this year’s game can just completely destroy a drive as opposed to previous years when it was easy to pick up large amounts of yardage.

4. Adjust the zones accordingly

Overview: Here we go over a complete max coverage defense in this formation. On this play we are only blitzing 2 people but basically the entire field is covered. The video shows you can also use a QB Spy if it is necessary for a mobile QB.
