Play: X Spot
Setup:
- Put the X/Square receiver on a slant route
- Put the running back on an out to the right
Reads:
- The first read on the play is the A/X tight end on the post
- The second read on the play is the B/O receiver on the corner route
- The third read on the play is the X/Square receiver on the slant
- The check downs are the Y/Triangle tight and the running back
Overview: This defense that we are beating is a very popular defense in the draft champions and salary cap game modes. This play will destroy that defense and any man coverage.
The route combinations make it difficult to defend in man coverage and the routes go to all sides of the field taking your opponents user out of the play.
