Madden 15 Defensive Rookies Who Will Make an Impact

The best teams in Madden are always teams with dominant defenses.  The easiest way to get a lockdown defense isn’t with Madden 15 tips but rather having playmakers on your team.  There are a few players in this year’s NFL draft that can make a huge impact on Madden 15.

  • DE Jadeveon Clowney – He will be one of the best pass rushers in Madden 15 even as a rookie.  His size, speed, strength combination will make him just about unstoppable.  Clowney will have the best attributes of any incoming rookie since Julius Peppers.  One of the only questions about him is that his work ethic may not be great.  That might be a problem for whichever team drafts him, but there is no work ethic rating in Madden NFL.
  • LB Khalil Mack – Mack will have very similar rating to Clowney but will likely be listed as a linebacker which makes him a little more versatile than Clowney.  He should instantly be in the upper echelon of Madden 15 linebackers.
  • LB Anthony Barr – Barr was a running back in his first few seasons at UCLA so you know he will have the speed rating but at 6’4″ he also has great size.  He’ll likely come in rated very similarly to Dion Jordan last year.  He’ll be a pass rushing nightmare.
  • CB Justin Gilbert – Young, tall, and fast cornerbacks are one of the most valuable commodities any gamer can have in Madden.  Gilbert is 6 foot, and ran a 4.38 40 time.  Look for mid 90 speed and good coverage and catch ratings.

How about Ha-Ha Clinton Dix? He is gonna be a hard hitting safety which we all know is a big deal in Madden.
