Madden NFL has traditionally be released within the first half of August but that will not be the case this year. EA Sports, the video game company that is in charge of the madden series, announced a few minutes ago that the Madden 12 release date will be pushed back to August 30th, 2011. Last year’s madden 11 video game was released on August 10th.
According to EA Sports Senior PR Representative Rob Sempsey, EA moved back the release date to align better with the scheduled start of the NFL season. Others speculate that it has to do with high level executives leaving EA Sport’s Tiburon studio. Either way this will likely have a significant impact on sales. The hardcore madden gamers will be outraged while casual NFL fans may be more likely to buy madden 12 because of the move.
The NCAA Football 12 release date has not yet been changed from July 12th, 2011 yet but we will let you know of any developments.

I want all practice squads in franchise mode, so we can waive and pick up players that ordinarly you wouldn’t have excess to! Sound effects when a bone is broken would be a blast from the past also, and don’t forget Bout the late hits. It seam the newer the game the more the fun stuff is forgot about. also take out the lack of throwing accurracy just cuz ur winning big or ina rival game.ive had games i start well and then suddenly brees cant get a 5 yard crossing route withing 15 yards of the receiver no matter how easy or hard u tap the button.its ridiculous its an ai fix cuz the computer dont like gettin its butt whipped.and also the bs that i hold a team to 3 pts till 3 mins left in the 4th and suddenly their team becomes the 1988 49ers and montana is qb and rice is every wr and suddenly my 33-3 lead is 33-17 in a 90 sec span.and eliminate the jesus drives with less than 2 mins before half and before the end of the game.and yeah dropping 15 ints a game is ridiculous too,which that would be less of an issue if mine and the ai qb didnt just throw like retards so randomly.

@packarechamps if u really only came here to find the release date, y did you even bother commenting? No one cares that Green Bay won the super bowl because a new year is under way. People have the right to suggest what they think the game should or shouldn't have.

I'm a fucking beast at this game.
Yeah… I don’t play Madden like I used to, I stopped playing 2011 around 8 months ago, because I every time I played a friend of mine I would stop him on 1st, 2nd, & most 3rd down and for him to get a 1st down on 4th down… He would get it 9 out of 10 times. So I came out with my own solution leave the game alone, & I found better things to do with my FREE time. My 2 cents is the game is B.S most of the time.
Please make an option to record games!!! At least one at a time…with the option to at least save one whole game.
I can't wait until Madden '12 is going to be available to be the public so that I can go ahead and buy it for my Xbox 360 game system I mean I've been buying those Madden NFL Football games ever since the late 1990's and its just WAY TO BAD THAT THIS YEAR IS THE LAST YEAR THAT MADDEN WILL BE MADE BECAUSE OF JOHN MADDEN RETIRING AND ALL! 🙁
