Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your defensive line and crash them middle
3. Pinch your linebackers
4. Blitz your MLB on the left
5. (Optional) QB Contain

Overview: This is another play that brings pressure from your MLB #2 so make sure you have a fast LB subbed in at that position.

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your defensive line and crash them middle
3. Pinch your linebackers
4. Blitz your MLB on the left
5. Put your MLB on the right into a deep blue zone

Overview: This just gives your opponent a different look behind your blitz.

Play: OLB Strike 2

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your defensive line
3. Pinch your linebackers
4. Blitz your MLB on the right
5. Put your OLB on the left into a zone

Overview: This brings pressure from the right B-gap instead of from the left B-gap like in the other plays from this formation.
