Playbook: Baltimore Ravens
Formation: 3-4 Odd
Play: Cover 4 Drop Show 2
Setup:
- Base Align
- Shade coverage underneath
- Crash your defensive line out
- (Optional) Shift your defensive line to the left or right
Overview: This is a great base defense that slows down the run and limits big plays in the passing game. It is a great “bend but don’t break” defense.
How do you shade coverage underneath
Y/triangle + down on the right stick
Thank you
My opponents are killing me with the Singleback “Bench” play, I tried to use the Cover 4 Drop Show 2 defense but my opponents receiver was wide open every down. I couldn’t stop him. Any suggestions or tips?
The Bench play is designed to create a 2v1 with the out route and the corner route against just 1 defender in a light blue or purple zone.
The best way to stop it is to have a hard flat and a cloud flat on the same side but that can be a bit advanced.
can we get the cross 3 fire blitz out of this formation?
