- Either block the RB/R1 tight end or put him on a drag
Reads:
- The main target is the B/O receiver deep behind the coverage
- If that is not there look for the RB/R1 tight end on the drag
Overview: The wheel route ran by the X/Square receiver will hold down the cornerback in the outside third zone leaving the B/O receiver wide open overtop the coverage. This is an easy one play touchdown against Cover 3.

- Next, look for the X/Square receiver on the wheel route
- Finally, find the RB/R1 tight end on his wheel route
Overview: This play can beat any type of coverage in the game. There are so many routes on the field attacking different areas that your opponent can’t be everywhere at once so when making the correct read this play can be deadly.

Setup:
- Put the X/Square receiver on a drag
- Put the RB/R1 tight end on a drag

Reads:
- The main target is the B/O receiver on the corner route
- If that is not there look to either drag route
- Lastly, find the A/X tight end on the in route over the middle
Overview: This play will absolutely destroy Cover 4 Quarters and Cover 4 Palms defenses. These defenses man match so the corner route will be wide open every time unless they manually guard it.

- Then find the RB/R1 tight end in the flat
- Finally, find the A/X tight end on the in route

- Either keep the X/Square receiver on his hitch or put him on a slant route

Playbook: Oakland Raiders
Formation: Singleback Wing Flex Close
Play: PA Cross Switch
Setup:
- Put the running back on a wheel route

- If that is not there look for the RB/R1 tight end on the in route
- Finally, find the B/O receiver deep over the middle of the field
Overview: This play we are going to have a high low concept in the middle of the field with the RB/R1 tight end and the B/O receiver. Also, we have a quick pass to the X/Square receiver that makes it difficult for our opponent to cover.
Playbook: Oakland Raiders
Formation: Singleback Wing Flex Close
Play: Drive Y Corner
Setup:
- Put the RB/R1 tight end on a streak
- Block the running back
- Motion the X/Square receiver out to the left
Reads:
- The main target on the play is the A/X tight end on the corner route
- If that is not there look for the X/Square receiver underneath on the drag
- Then find the B/O receiver on the in route over the middle
Overview: This play is effective against any zone coverage in the game. The deep corner route ran by the tight end is nearly impossible to guard without covering it manually. When your opponent does that it opens up the rest of the field.
Playbook: Oakland Raiders
Formation: Singleback Wing Slot
Play: Stretch Alert Bubble/ Dive Alert Bubble
Setup:
- Audible to these plays from Singleback Wing Flex Close
Reads:
- Against zone coverage you can hit the bubble screen for big yardage
Overview: Audibling to this formation from our Wing Flex Close scheme will create a headache for your opponent. Guarding these runs are completely different from how to guard the runs in Wing Flex Close. Also you have the bubble screen on these plays too adding another variable for your opponent.
Great stuff!!! Will this be coming out on PDF form?
Thank you for this good scheme. In general, for all of the e-books, it would be helpful to have a video on red zone offense. It is the most difficult area of the field to pass and interceptions tend to become 6 points the other way. Thanks.
OAK Playbook – Gun Trip TE – 4 vertical. it’s broken down in oak ebook. I use it every game from 18yd line up to goal line situation. and I think it’s unbeatable 95 % of the time with right read.
What audibles should I use for this
stick work you are the best.I love Ian as well. But your schemes just put me over the top
Does anyone else have trouble motioning the TE to the right on PS4?
Is the PDF on its way soon? Great stuff this year!!
Hi, thanks for the kind words. It is up now!
Just wanted to point out that the playbook tool isnt 100% accurate. Been running single back trio in run heavy pb.. but also just found in MIN pb as well.
No playbook this year to download
