Play: HB Wheel

Setup:

1. Put the B/O receiver on a curl route (optional)

Reads:

Man

1. The first read is the running back quick out of the backfield
2. The second read is the Y/Triangle receiver on the corner route
3. The third read is the A/X receiver over the middle
4. The fourth read is the X/Square receiver on the post
5. The last read is the curl route

Zone

1. The first read is the A/X receiver over the middle
2. The second main read is the X/Square receiver on the post

Overview: This is one of the bread and butter pass plays. There are so many different routes that get great separation against man coverage it is nearly impossible to guard in that. Then against zone the post is very hard to guard as well, mixed with the other routes.

Setup: None Required

Reads:

1. Follow the blockers

Overview: Mixing this in with the pass plays in this formation keeps your opponent on their heels. Especially when the opponent starts dropping extra people into coverage and pass committing this play is good to run for 7-10 yards.

Play: Deep Post

Setup:

1. Put the Y/Triangle receiver on a streak

Reads:

1. The main read is the X/Square receiver deep over the middle
2. The second read is B/O receiver on the drag
3. The third read is the running back out of the backfield

Overview: This play floods the zone coverage, and can pick up big chunks of yardage. While it also has check down routes for some short gains.

Play: Saints Flood (Flipped)

Setup:

1. Flip the play after you are at the line
2. Put the A/X receiver on a drag
3. Block the running back

Reads:

1. The first read is the Y/Triangle receiver
2. The second read is the B/O receiver over the middle
3. The check down is the A/X receiver on a drag

Overview: This play will destroy man coverage, the speed cuts on this play by the Y/Triangle receiver, and the B/O receiver get very good separation.
