Some cards in Madden 25 Ultimate Team are distinguished as “platinum” which simply means that at any time you can quicksell that player and instead of receiving training points, you receive coins.
Those cards have coins on the bottom of them. It’s somewhat subtle but once you know what to look for, it’s pretty easy to tell.
You can see on the bottom of the card, there are gold coins. These are “Platinum” cards.
Depending on the overall rating of the card, the quicksell values will be different. Lower cards receive less coins and higher cards receive more coins.
Here’s what those coin values are in Madden 25:
- 76 OVR – 2,4000 Coins
- 77 OVR – 3,700 Coins
- 78 OVR – 6,000 Coins
- 79 OVR – 9,000 Coins
- 80 OVR – 14,000 Coins
- 81 OVR – 23,000 Coins
- 82 OVR – 40,000 Coins
- 83 OVR – 77,000 Coins
- 84 OVR – 143,000 Coins
- 85 OVR – 225,000 Coins
At times, especially early on in a new game, players who don’t know what they are doing will list these cards on the auction house below their quicksell value.
If you see a platinum card selling for less than their corresponding value in the chart above, you know to immediately buy the card.
