Below you can find every rookie that has a development trait in Madden 25. Surprisingly, no rookies came in this year with a Superstar or X-Factor dev trait.

Note: EA Sports has released a new roster update boosting the development traits of 8 rookies. 2 rookies come in with a Superstar X-Factor trait, 6 are Superstar, and then there are a ton of Star devs.

Anyone listed in bold has either a Superstar or Superstar X-Factor trait. Everyone else listed has a star trait.
