Play: Zone Weak

Setup:

1. Double team an inside stuff defender (if necessary)

Reads:

1. Run in between the Left Tackle and the Left Guard 

Overview: In this video we break down why this run is so effective against the defenses we showed. It is important to grasp this concept because it will help you understand how to effectively run the ball and when to call certain runs.

The running lane should usually be in between the Left tackle and the Left Guard and after you run through there you can break to the open space.
