In today’s free Madden 20 tip, we are going over a defensive technique that allows you to use press coverage without getting beat deep by a streak route.

Playbook: New York Jets
Formation: Big Dime 1-4-6
Play: Cover 3 Sky
Setup:
- Press Coverage
- Put the two outside cornerbacks in either Outside Quarters or Deep Halves
Overview: In this coverage defense we will be showing you how to press coverage in a Cover 3 without the cornerbacks getting beat by the receivers. The use of an outside quarter or a deep half will make it to where you can press but the cornerbacks will not actually bump the receivers, therefore they will not get beat up top.
When are we expecting update to plays with new update from madden
There hasn’t been any new plays in the real world NFL thus far, so no update to plqybooks is needed. Carolina Panthers did have there defensive play book updated last week.

Hey guys I have problems with my defense run committing when I don’t want them to and everybody rushing the backfield leaving all routes open. How do you stop this?
You may be accidentally run committing when trying to adjust your defensive line.

Hi, i know this is from madden 20 but i have a problem on madden 21 where i cant seem to turn on the visua assist thing on defense where it shows lines going from your defender to the receivers to indicate who to cover. Its whats being used in the above video. I can use it in practice mode with a spare controller on offense and one controller on defense but i cant in franchise mode of when just using one controller. Sorry its for madden 21 but its the same thing and its really annoying, Any idea?
