Playbook: Any
Formation: Any
Play: Cover 1 or Cover 0 Man Defense
Setup:
- Put the Strong Safety on an Inside Quarter
- Put the outside cornerback on the same side as the safety in a Soft Squat
- Press Coverage
Overview: This is way to make your man coverage contain the outside runs. The Inside Quarter and Soft Squat will play the run significantly quicken then the man coverage. When they are just in man coverage they will back up and just guard their receivers and get blocked.
