Madden 19 Week 12 TOTW Revealed

As week 12 of the NFL season has ended its time for the creators at EA to unleash another set of TOTW players that stood out and were vital parts of their teams success this week. In this week’s update their is another star player with a 94 overall rating. There is also two 92 overall bosses, as well as two 87 and two 86 overall players.

With the season winding down and the playoffs approaching, players will need to stand out soon to make sure they get their card in a TOTW set. 

94 Category 

Malcolm Jenkins strong safety for the Philadelphia Eagles had 6 tackles, a forced fumble, and a pick for the Eagles defense. They needed every bit of his performance as they narrowly won the game 25-22 over the Giants. This card will immediately help any defense out, with 92 acceleration, 88 speed, 95 zone coverage, 88 pursuit, and 91 man coverage. (66 cap)

92 Category 

Defensive Boss: Matthew Judon, the LOLB for the Baltimore Ravens had 5 tackles, a career high 3 sacks, and a forced fumble that led to a touchdown for the Ravens defense. The 6’3 linebacker has 87 acceleration, 88 tackle, 88 strength, and 92 power moves. (51 cap) 

Offensive Boss: Kirk Cousins the quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings had a great day completing 76 percent of his passes. This lead to 342 yards and a touchdown to take down Aaron  Rodgers and the Packers 24-17. Kirk has 90 throw power, 93 throw accuracy short, 93 play action, and 89 throw accuracy mid. (52 cap) 

87 Category

Amari Cooper, wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys had one of the best performances of week 12. Cooper recorded 8 receptions, 180 yards and two touchdowns. The 90 yard touchdown reception helped pad these stats a little, but Cooper looked elite throughout the 31-23 victory of the Redskins. This card has 89 speed, 84 spectacular catch, and 86 jumping. Kyle Fuller, cornerback for the Chicago Bears had 8 total tackles and another interception to take his number to 5 picks on the year. The Bears defeated the Lions 23-16. The 6’0 defensive back has 90 speed, 90 acceleration, and 88 agility. (38 cap) 

86 Category 

Sony Michel showed why he deserves to be a starting half back in the league with 22 carries for 133 yards and a touchdown to help the Patriots gain a road win over the Jets 27-13. The 5’11 HB has 89 speed, 91 acceleration, and 82 carrying. (35 cap) 

Kyle Williams, defensive tackle for the Buffalo Bills frustrated the Jaguars all day. He racked up 7 total tackles and 1.5 sacks in a 24-21 victory. This card has 88 tackle, 88 strength, and 86 block shedding. (28 cap) 

83 Category 

Jameis Winston, the quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers showed why he was a Heisman trophy winner. The Bucs QB had 312 yards, two touchdowns and no turnovers. The 6’4 signal caller has 90 throw power, 79 throw accuracy short, and 74 speed. (30 cap) 

Preston Smith, ROLB for the Washington Redskins had a career day, with 8 tackles and 1.5 sacks to help the Redskins stay in the game. Unfortunately this wasn’t enough as they fell to the Cowboys 31-23. The 6’5 linebacker has 87 acceleration, 87 power moves, and 79 strength. (35 cap) 

82 Category 

Josh Allen quarterback for the Buffalo Bills had 160 passing yards coupled with 99 rushing yards and two touchdowns to help beat Jalen Ramsey and the Jaguars 24-21. The 6’5 quarterback has 93 throw power, 79 throw on the run, and 78 speed. (38 cap) 

Jaylon Smith MLB of the Dallas Cowboys had 6 tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble to help beat the Redskins 31-23. The 6’2 backer has 85 acceleration, 82 speed, and 85 hit power. (28 cap) 

80 Category

Adam Humphries wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has slowly emerged as the Bucs number two weapon. He caught another touchdown pass to help beat the 49ers 27-9. The 5’11 receiver has 85 speed, 80 jumping, and 79 catching. (22 cap) 

Anthony Brown cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys had 4 tackles, a sack, and an interception in the win over the Redskins. The shifty CB has 92 speed, 88 acceleration, and 85 agility. (31 cap) 

79 Category 

Josh Adams half back for the Philadelphia Eagles scored a late touchdown and racked up 84 rushing yards in the 25-22 win over the Giants. The 6’2 back has 86 acceleration, 86 speed, and 81 carrying. (24 cap) 

Robert Nkemdiche defensive tackle for the Arizona Cardinals had 8 tackles and 2.5 sacks but his effort was still not enough as the Chargers rolled 45-10. The 6’4 defensive lineman has 83 acceleration, 78 strength, and 77 finesse moves. (25 cap)
