Madden 10 Complete Rookie Ratings

The complete list of all the rookies that will be included in Madden 10 at the release date and their detailed ratings.

Madden 10 Complete Rookie Ratings

Some Notable Ratings:

  • Rey Maualuga (80 overall) –  Best middle linebacker in this madden class
  • Duke Robinson (80 overall)- Guard-163 overall pick in the draft
  • Matt Stafford (79 overall)- 1st overall pick in the draft
  • Michael Ray Garvin (48 overall)- Lowest rated rookie in the game

It doesn’t make a lot of sense how the 163rd pick has a higher rating than the first overall pick.  Hopefully they will tweak the rating a little before the actualy release.  Enjoy!

ya guys like dwayne jarrrett who suck, get rated really high outta college then they have to lower them. J/K i am just messing around, I know your a panthers fan. I am actually a dwayne jarret fan. I think he will breakout this year opposite steve smith. If only the panthers didn’t give delhomme a huge contract extension. I am not a huge delhomme fan, i think they would do better with a different qb.

Well the problem is that there is no better QB at the moment. Delhomme does get a bad rap but he had a pretty decent year. He collapsed against the raiders and the cards. Jarrett is gradually progressing, his biggest problem is his ability to get off the line, though he did look good in the small amount of passes thrown his way. He will get looks as the 3rd WR, Muhammad is pretty good too, but I am definitely eager to see him break out but we will have to be patient. The Delhomme extension was more about backloading is contract so we could save some cap room this year. He will not be in Carolina another 5 years.

ya that was my thought when i first saw the contract too. I would definatly use the panthers in madden 10 if they had better safties

I actually like the versatility of our safeties. Chris Harris is a hell of a hitter, great run stopper, not a great cover guy but he’s the kind of guy fox wants. Think Roy Wiliams except better cover skills. Godfrey should be a really good FS someday, he’s got alot of speed, he made some rookie mistakes but the talent is there. The two kind of compensate each other.

The only thing I think they are really lacking defensively is a cornerstone pass rushing DT, they haven’t had that since Kris Jenkins left. They added more depth and they have a more talented rotation now but we still don’t have an elite ovr DT, Kemo is awesome but he specializes in run stopping. Our defensive line is really good at run stopping. The pass rush was lackluster, partly due to scheming and Julius Peppers not trying.

fyi Duke is now 70 overall, a shame cuz I was planning on signing him cheap for the raiders and having him progress to 90ish. We need all the help we can get.
