Play: Sam Mike 3

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your linebackers
3. Use QB Contain
4. User the MLB that isn’t blitzing and move him directly behind the DT. Then hold the LT/L2 button for a second after the ball is snapped.

Overview: This type of blitz is acceptable to a lot of sim style leagues.  It brings solid B-gap pressure.

Play: Pinch Dog 2 Press

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your linebackers
3. Use QB Contain
4. User one of your MLBs and move him directly behind the DT. Then hold the LT/L2 button for a second after the ball is snapped.

Overview: This is an effective edge rush while only blitzing 5 guys.  It is also good in sim leagues.

Play: Pinch Buck 0

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your linebackers
3. Use QB Contain
4. User the MLB that isn’t blitzing and move him directly behind the DT or over the RG. Then hold the LT/L2 button for a second after the ball is snapped.

Overview: This brings dual edge heat so even if your opponent blocks an extra guy, we should still get a guy in free.

Playbook: New England Patriots

Formation: 3-4 Odd

Play: Will Buck 3 Press

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Blitz all of your linebackers
3. Put your LOLB (on the right side of the screen) into a zone
4. Put your MLB on the right side of the screen into a yellow zone and move him directly over the RG. Hold LT/L2 for a second after the ball is snapped and then patrol the middle of the field

Overview: Continuing on with sim style blitzes, this play brings B-gap pressure from the left side of the screen while only rushing 5 guys.
