Strategy items are back in Ultimate Team and we have a full list of all of them! There are a couple notable changes this year that you will want to keep in mind.
First, there are no strategy items that upgrade speed in Madden 23. That was left behind in Madden 22 and should make things a little easier.
Second, in MUT 23, you can also earn Team Affinity strategy items which help boost your team chemistry total. This can be very helpful to people trying to build theme teams.
There are the usual Common, Uncommon, and Rare tiers but the “Let It Rip” and the “In The Zone” cards also have an Epic tier which is even more powerful.
