Play: Cross 3 Fire

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread D Line
3. Crash D Line out
4. Blitz all linebackers
5. QB Contain
6. (Optional) Adjust the zone defenders however you’d like

Overview: This is a great all-out blitz. You are sending 6 and will get very fast pressure pretty much no matter how much they block. Use it when your opponent isn’t expecting it

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Spread your defensive line and crash them out
3. Pinch your linebackers
4. Blitz your outside linebacker on the right side of the screen
5. QB Contain
6. Put the right of screen MLB into a deep blue zone

Overview: This is a good blitz (sending 5) that can come off the edge a over half the time. The coverage behind it is really good so you cannot get beat deep.

2. Spread and crash your defensive line out
3. Pinch your linebackers
4. Spy the defensive end on the left side of the screen
5. QB Contain
6. User the MLB on the right side of the screen

Overview: This is a good blitz (sending 5) that can come off the edge a over half the time. The coverage behind it is really good as you cannot get beat deep.

2. Spread D Line
3. Pinch Linebacker’s
4. Contain

Overview: This is just a good change of pace to keep your opponent guessing, you are sending 6 in most cases so you should get really fast pressure.
