Play: Cover 2 Man

Setup:

1. Pinch and crash your defensive line down
2. QB Contain
3. Put the Blitzing LB in a QB Spy

Overview: This technique can still get very quick pressure right up the middle by only sending 3 guys. If you struggle getting pressure, try sending the QB Spy at the quarterback by pressing L3.

Setup:

1. Pinch and crash your defensive line down
2. QB Contain
3. Put the Blitzing LB in a QB Spy

Overview: This is just the cover 1 version of the previous play. It’s good to mix up your coverages.

Formation: 3-4 Cub

Play: Strike Spy 2

Setup:

1. Pinch and crash your defensive line down
2. QB Contain
3. Put the Blitzing lB on the opposite side of the RB in a QB Spy
4. Put the blitzing LB on the side of the RB into a hard flat

Overview: This is a very powerful zone defense if you know what you are doing. Paired with the contain blitz, it can be a nightmare for your opponents.

Setup:

1. Pinch and crash your defensive line down
2. QB Contain
3. Put the Blitzing LB in a QB Spy

Overview: This uses the same blitz concept just has a cover 3 shell behind it. You want to mix up your coverages so your opponent can’t get a read on what you are doing.
