Formation: 3-4 Bear

Play: Pinch Mike O

Setup:

1. Spread your defensive line
2. Shift your linebackers to the left
3. Put your DE on the left into a QB Spy
4. Put your OLB on the left into a light blue zone
5. (Optional) Manually control the blitzing OLB on the right side of the screen. Let him take a step or 2 into the backfield and then pull him off into coverage.

Overview: This is a great blitz for something like a 3^rd and 3 when you are expecting short quick passes.

2. Crash defensive line down

Overview: This is an extremely simple blitz that takes less than a second to set up.

Overview: This is a really nice coverage play that doesn’t take much setup.

Formation: 3-4 Bear

Play: Cover 2 Invert

Setup:

1. Base Align
2. Crash defensive line down
3. Blitz the strong safety
4. You may have to shift your defensive line to the right if you aren’t getting pressure
5. (Optional) Adjust the zones behind it however you want
6. (Optional) Bring the free safety down into the box for better run support

Overview: This is a great base defense to call when you aren’t sure what your opponent is doing.
