Formation: Dime 1-4
Play: Cross 3 Fire
Setup:
- Make sure auto-flip is off in your defensive coaching adjustments
- QB Contain
- Put your blitzing linebacker on the left into any zone
- Adjust the coverage behind the blitz however you see fit
Overview: This 4 man rush will often result in a completely free rusher from right up the middle.
You’ll want fast safeties/linebackers subbed in at the Sub LB position so that they get to the QB as quickly as possible.
