Playbook: Las Vegas Raiders
Formation: Strong Close
Play: PA Deep
Setup:
- Put the X/Square receiver on a streak
- Put the A/X tight end on a drag
- Block one of the running backs
- Put the other running back on an option route
- Motion the B/O receiver to the left
Reads:
- The main read on the play is the B/O receiver that we motioned over
- Against Cover 3 we are looking for the X/Square receiver on the streak
- Next find the A/X tight end on the drag route
- Finally, check down to the running back on the option route
Overview: As shown in the video this play is going to destroy both Cover 3 and Cover 2 defenses. Against Cover 3 we are looking to hit the streak for a one play touchdown. While against a Cover 2 defense we are looking to hit the B/O receiver that we motioned over.

Formation: Strong Close
Play: PA Deep Cross (Cover 4)
Setup:
- Put the A/X tight end on an in route and smart route him
- Block the running back or put him on an option route
- Motion the B/O receiver out to the right
Reads:
- The main read on the play is the B/O receiver deep over top the zones
- Check down to the running back if you have him on a option route
Overview: This video is going over a Cover 4 bomb play. Since we motion the B/O receiver to the right this allows him to get over top the coverage for a one play touchdown. If you do not motion him this play will not work.

Formation: Strong Close
Play: PA Deep Cross
Setup:
- Put the B/O receiver on a streak
- Put the A/X tight end on a drag
- Put the RB/R1 running back on an out to the righ
Reads:
- The main target on the play is the X/Square receiver on the crossing route
- Then look for the RB/R1 running back on the short out
- If neither of those are there check down to the tight end on the drag
Overview: This play is going to completely destroy zone coverage. The crosser essentially becomes a high low read with the out route so therefore our opponent has to pick which one they want to guard.

Formation: Strong Close
Play: Outside Zone
Setup:
- None Required
Reads:
- Follow the blockers
Overview: This run play we go over works really well with the HB Dive in this formation. On this play specifically you can try to break it to the outside. If the defense pursues to the outside you can cut it up the middle.

Formation: Strong Close
Play: HB Dive
Setup:
- None Required
Reads:
- Follow the blockers
Overview: The HB Dive is always one of the more dominant runs in madden just because when it is mixed in with an outside run it is incredibly hard to stop. Also, with the dive if the opponent stacks the box you can bounce it to the outside.

Play: Y Trail (Pt. 1)
Setup:
- Put the B/O receiver on a streak
- Put the A/X tight end on a cross
- Put the Y/Triangle running back on an option route
- Block the RB/R1 back
Reads:
- The main target is the X/Square receiver fading deep to the left side
- If that is not there look for the A/X tight end on the crosser
- Then check down to the running back if all else fails
Overview: This play will absolutely demolish Cover 2 defenses, as shown in the video most of the time this can go for a touchdown. As for the check downs you are basically creating a high low read with the running back and the tight end.

Formation: Strong Close
Play: Y Trail (Pt. 2)
Setup:
- Put the B/O receiver on a flat
- Put the Y/Triangle running back on a wheel route
- Put the X/Square receiver on an in route and smart route him
Reads:
- Here we are looking to quick hit the Y/Triangle running back to the flats
- If that is not there look to the X/Square receiver and the tight end as other places to go with the ball
Overview: This is a play that is designed as a screen play. We take the two flat routes mixed with the wheel route and create a manmade screen. That is why there are not many other options to throw too because we are looking to go to the running back.
Playbook: Las Vegas Raiders
Formation: Strong Close
Play: Mesh
Setup:
- Put the B/O receiver on a streak
Reads:
- The first read is the RB/R1 running back on the flat route
- Then look for the X/Square receiver on the drag route
- Next progress to the A/X tight end on the corner route
Overview: This play we break down as one of our quick hike plays. As you see you just make one simple hot route and then you can immediately hike the ball. This can catch your opponent off guard since it will take a lot of adjustments to combat our other plays.
Playbook: Las Vegas Raiders
Formation: Strong Close
Play: Double Post
Setup:
- Put the X/Square receiver on a streak
- Put the A/X tight end on a drag
- Put the Y/Triangle running back on an option route
- Motion the B/O receiver to the left
Reads:
- The main receiver we are looking for is B/O going deep to the left
- If that is not there look for the A/X tight end on the drag route
- Finally, if all else fails check it down to the running back
Overview: Here we are going over a really good zone beating concept. As shown in the video that streak is going to clear everything out so the motioned receiver can get wide open deep toward the sideline.
