Madden NFL 20 Slant Out Concept

NOTE: THIS PLAY HAS BEEN PATCHED AND NO LONGER WORKS

In the Madden School Unlimited members tip, we are going over a concept that can be used from a ton of different playbooks (like our recent Oakland and West Coast eBooks).

It absolutely destroys man to man defense for a 1 play touchdown but is also very good against most zone defenses too.

Check out the full breakdown below!

Playbook: West Coast, Oakland, Buffalo, And Many More

Formation: I-Form Tight

Play: Any Pass Play

Setup:

  1. Put the B/O receiver on a slant
  2. Flip the Play
  3. Hike while the receiver is in motion

Reads:

  1. Hit the B/O receiver on the slant

Overview: This play is best to do toward the wide side of the field. As shown in the video if you absolutely know your opponent is in man coverage you can put the B/O receiver on a streak, and this will work. However, the slant out works the best against zone coverage as well.
