Madden NFL 17 Washington Redskins Team Breakdown

The Washington Redskins have a lot of talent on their Madden 17 squad.  They have speed everywhere and some solid playmakers on defense.

Team: Washington Redskins

Offensive Strategy: Take advantage of your speed.  You have one of the fastest fullbacks in the game, the fastest wide receivers and the fastest tight ends.  The Redskins should be able to have all kinds of mismatches.

Defensive Strategy: Pressure.  Ryan Kerrigan and Junior Galette should be able to force pressure off the edge.  Josh Normal should shut down one side of the field and DeAngelo Hall is still good at forcing turnovers.

Impact Players: QB Kirk Cousins, FB/TE Niles Paul, WR DeSean Jackson, WR Pierre Garcon, TE Jordan Reed, TE Vernon Davis, LT Trent Williams, DT Stephen Paea, LOLB Ryan Kerrigan, ROLB Junior Galette, CB Josh Norman, FS DeAngelo Hall

Strengths: Speed.  The Redskins have the fastest offense in Madden 17.  These guys aren’t just fast though, they are fast and talented which makes them even harder to defend against.

Weaknesses: Running back.  Unfortunately the Redskins don’t have a proven workhorse at running back which could make them a little one dimension in this year’s game.

Overview: The Washington Redskins are one of those teams that are perfect for true fans but they aren’t a team that everyone will use.
