There are 4 players who have the elusive 99 overall rating. Von Miller, Rob Gronkowski, Luke Kuechly, and J.J. Watt. The lowest rated players are 40 overall.
As always, there ratings will change throughout the year as Madden 17 roster updates are announced. These are just initial ratings.
