We are back for our 19th season covering Madden and have a lot of big things planned for this year!
There are a few things you need to be aware of when as you get started with Madden 26.
- Base align is no longer in the game
- There are a handful of new defensive coaching adjustments
- You can now call stunts and twits on defense (and some of them are very effective)
- There are a bunch of new double motion plays on offense
- New “Football Weather” can have a significant impact on gameplay
- Depth chart positions have been updated
- On defense you can now route commit to stop inside or outside breaking routes
- New slide protection and pass block mechanics
- Superstar abilities no longer guarantee an outcome, they instead just increase your chances
- All QBs now have access to extra hot routes, not just QBs with Hot Route Master
