Absolutely Detroy Cover 3 Defenses In Madden 21

In today’s free Madden 21 tip, we are going over a play from the Carolina Panthers offensive playbook that gets wide open against cover 3 defenses.

Playbook: Carolina Panthers

Formation: Gun Trips

Play: Slot Corner

Setup:

1. Make sure you are on the left hashmark
2. Put your B/circle receiver on a slant route and motion him to the left
3. (Optional) Block your running back

Reads:

1. Your main read on this play is the A/X receiver deep against cover 3. Lead pass to the right sideline.

Overview: This is a shot play to call when you are expecting your opponent to be in a cover 3 defense. Make sure to only run it when you are on the left hashmark.

You should have your fastest wide receiver subbed in at the A/X spot.

This is how the play art should look right before you snap the ball.

Notice the cornerback on the right follow our receiver on the corner route.

All we have to do is just lead pass away from the safety and we get the catch. Make sure to use the RAC catch feature by pressing X on XBOX One or Square on PS4 to make the catch.

And then we just walk into the endzone for an easy touchdown.
