Madden 20 Ultimate Team Details Unveiled

EA has announced some big changes to Ultimate Team in Madden 20. One of the biggest ones being that you no longer have to back out to the main menu after each challenge. Instead you can just continue on to the next challenge immediately. This is something that will save all kinds of time in Madden 20.

When you complete an Ultimate Challenge in Madden NFL 20, you’ll be prompted to advance to the next challenge without exiting to the main menu via a loading screen. There, you’ll be able to choose your star difficulty, click accept, and boom—you’re quickly on your way to the next challenge.”

More big news for Madden 20 Ultimate Team is that now you will be able to see the median price for a player or item listed on the auction house. Now you will know better what a specific player’s true market value is.

Another big change is that “Solos” are no more. They are now called, “Ultimate Challenges.” This change is due to the fact that you will no longer be forced to play these scenarios by yourself. Instead you will be able to play with friends to complete the scenario.

Rewards are also completely overhauled in Madden 20.

No longer are big-time rewards tied to simply winning the last Challenge in a given sequence. Instead, you will see a list of milestones where rewards are dished out as you accumulate more stars in a given category. Milestones will have increasing thresholds of star totals, and you will have the opportunity to earn everything from the list as you continue dominating Challenges.”

MUT 20 is also taking a page out of previous Madden franchise mode ratings with new player archetypes. You can now see different ratings for the same player based on specific archetypes. For example, you might have a pass rushing OLB or you might have a coverage OLB.

Instead of having just 1 overall rating for outside linebackers, you will now have the option to choose the archetype for the player and his overall rating will better reflect how he plays his position.

Also, house rules will be making a return in Madden 20 so be sure to be on the lookout for that. What are your thoughts on all of the Madden 20 Ultimate Team news? Let us know in the comments section below.

Wish EA would stop stealing money from us in the auction block … pay real money for a player only to get robbed 10% in the auction ….. that’ has to stop ? ohh and another thing we pay real money that we work for to buy packs and get shit in them. I paid $15 bucks to get premium packs and got all gold cards that’s not acceptable. Then when you do get a good card and try to sell it you get taxed it’s insane

Hopefully someone here can answer this question because i’ve seen alot of conflicting information. There was a mention either in an EA stream or on one of their blogs that said basically “players are allowed to choose 3 players on offense and 3 players on defense to have active abilities”…. is that strictly for the “x-factor” abilities, or does that also include the “superstar” abilities. It would make absolutely 100% sense that x-factor abilities were to be limited, but it would be some BS if superstar abilities were also limited.
