is there any way i could have someone explain the concepts to me more in depth, i purchased the book yesterday and i can see where the plays work, i would just like a little more explanation on the concepts.

Yes, it is really more about the concepts than anything. The concepts in the ebook will give you ideas for any other compression set. Most of the plays in the ebook are also found in the shotty tight set as well.

Will this work for the shotty tight set? Or does it have to be slot tight, cause Im haring the Syracuse playbook and they don’t have slot tight.
