Madden NFL 16 Jacksonville Jaguars Team Breakdown

The Jacksonville Jaguars head into Madden 16 slightly improved from last year.  Unfortunately, they are still the worst team in the game.

The full Jaguars team breakdown for Madden 16 can be found below.

Team: Jacksonville Jaguars

Offensive Strategy: Balance.  You have 2 decent running backs in T.J. Yeldon and Denard Robinson.  Blake Bortles has some tools and Julius Thomas is one of the most dangerous tight ends in Madden 16.  Spread the ball around.

Defensive Strategy: Get after the quarterback.  Telvin Smith and Dante Fowler Jr. (if you can use him in Madden 16) are both very talented linebackers.  You should be able to get some pressure with both of them.  You will need it because the rest of the defense isn’t very good.

Impact Players: QB Blake Bortles, HB Denard Robinson, TE Julius Thomas, C Stefen Wisniewski, DT Sen’derick Marks, LOLB Dante Fowler Jr, MLB Paul Posluszny, ROLB Telvin Smith, SS Jonathan Cyprien

Key Newcomers: LOLB Dante Fowler Jr, HB T.J. Yeldon, TE Julius Thomas, RT Jeremy Parnell, CB Davon House, C Stefen Wiskiewski

Strengths: Tight end.  Julius Thomas and Marcedes Lewis form one of the best tight end duos in the game.  It will be hard for opposing defenses to key in on both of them.

Weaknesses: Everything else.  The Jaguars are weak at just about every position.  Unless the Jaguars get better with roster updates, it will be an extremely long year for people who want to use the Jaguars online.

Overview: The Jacksonville Jaguars are the worst team in Madden 16.  Some pro gamers use them in practice mode or unranked games because they know that if they can get a play to work with the Jaguars, it will work with any team.

I hope that Telvin Smith keeps getting better as a Linebacker, I love using the Jaguars uniforms even if the team is terrible. They really have to get lucky at some point and improve but its a long way away it seems. Also I’m hoping that rookie 5th rounder Rashad Greene can become something.

Why is Chris Clemons overall only like a 77 when he had 8 sacks last season?? What other d-lineman had 8 or more sacks and overall is that low?!

Allen Hurns has 14 more receptions, over 250 more rec yards and 5 more touchdowns than Marquise Lee but his (Hurns) overall is still lower than M. Lee…… Why is that???
