The Buffalo Bills were a team that flew under the radar for a lot of Madden NFL 25 but they have potential in all the positions you’d want. A young fast quarterback, an elusive running back, and a whole arsenal of playmaking receivers could make the Bills a dominant Madden 15 team in the right hands.
Team: Buffalo Bills
Offensive Strategy: Get the ball to your playmakers. C.J. Spiller is a big time Madden weapon, E.J. Manuel can be dangerous in the option game, Sammy Watkins is going to be the highest rated rookie receiver, and the Bills have about 5 other weapons on offense. If you spread the ball around, it will be very tough for opposing defenses to stop.
Defensive Strategy: 4-3. Bring pressure early and often. The Bills defensive line is no joke and their linebackers can get the job done as well. Try to get Mario Williams free on your blitzes so he can get to the quarterback before opposing receivers can get deep into their routes.
Strengths: Playmakers. The Bills have speed and playmakers all over the field in Madden 15. Their stable of wide receivers and running backs make them almost impossible to matchup with. The Bills front 7 is also very stout.
Weaknesses: Safety. Losing Jairus Byrd in the offseason really hurts the Bills. They still have a decent enough defense but the deep middle of the field is going to be pretty weak until someone steps up to fill his spot.
Impact Players: QB E.J. Manuel, HB C.J. Spiller, HB Fred Jackson, HB Bryce Brown, WR Sammy Watkins, WR Robert Woods, WR Marquise Goodwin, TE Scott Chandler, LE Mario Williams, DT Marcell Darius, MLB Brandon Spikes, MLB Kiko Alonso, OLB Keith Rivers, CB Stephon Gilmore, CB Leodis McKelvin
Key Newcomers: WR Sammy Watkins, MLB Preston Brown, WR Mike Williams, MLB Brandon Spikes
Additional Remarks: If you are starting a franchise in Madden 15, this Bills team is a great sleeper pick. They have youth, playmakers and speed. With a few years to develop they could easily turn into an elite Madden team.
