Madden 15 Trailer, Release Date, and First News

The first news for Madden games usually comes out in February or early March but this year we had to wait until almost May.  EA Sports announced today that Madden 15 will hit stores on August 26th and released a small trailer featuring Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly.

Madden 15 will be available this year on the XBOX 360, PlayStation 3, XBOX One, and PlayStation 4 consoles.

EA Sports has also announced that Madden 15 will have a new broadcast system.  Highlights include:

  • Gameday like never before
  • All new camera angles
  • Dynamic pre-game and halftime features

The other point of emphasis announced today is that Madden 15 will have a renewed focus to defense.  They claim that Madden 15 will include the most immersive defensive control in Madden history.  Whether or not that materializes remains to be seen.

There will also be a cover vote with more details announced during the NFL draft on May 8th.
