madden 11 ratings miami dolphins

In this year’s version of Madden, the Miami Dolphins will be used alot more because of one reason…..Worthless Ted Ginn, Jr is Gone!!!! Ok, that might not be the reason they’ll be used alot more, the reason is 6’4 220lb All-Pro Wide Receiver Brandon Marshall. Marshall comes in with a overall rating of 96, which is the third best rating for a WR. His size alone will make him a nightmare for virtually all defenses, but with ratings like 88 speed, 80 strength, 92 jump, 97 catch, 91 spec. catch, and 99 catch in traffic he will be almost impossible to stop. The Dolphins have a solid receiving corps with Marshall (96), Davone Bess (74), Greg Camarillo (73), and Brian Hartline (71).

Once again the Dolphins have one of the top rated backfields in Madden. Ronnie “The Wildcat” Brown is one of top rated backs in the game with a overall rating of 89. Not too far behind him is his running mate, “Sticky Icky” Ricky Williams, who has a overall rating of 87. The Dolphins also have one of the top rated FBs in Lousaka Polite, who has an 91 overall rating. Watch out for former Boilermaker HB Kory Sheets. Even though his overall rating is only a 65, he has 93 speed and 95 acceleration which can make him a dangerous open field runner.

In this year’s game the Dolphins have 3 capable starting QBs. First we’ll start with the starter, former Michigan standout Chad Henne. Henne comes in with a overall rating of 77. Henne’s passing ratings are Throwing Power 94, Throw Accuracy 78, Throw Acc. Short 81,Throw Acc. Medium 78, Throw Acc. Deep 78. Next is the most accurate QB is NFL history, Chad Pennington. Pennington has a overall rating of 78. Only reason Pennington might not be used as much is because of his 69 Throw Power. Next is my man Pat “Im Black Not” White. With 87 speed, 92 acceleration, and 92 agility he’s one of the most dangerous QBs in the game.

Everyone always says it’s the line that makes the backs look good (tell that to Steven Jackson) but you have to have a good line to be able to run the ball in the NFL, and the Dolphins have that. LT Jake Long (97), C Jake Grove (87), RT Vernon Carey (86), RG Richie Incognito (76), RG Nate Garner (76).

Now it’s time to get to the defense. First up is the linebacking corps. Former Arizona Cardinal Karlos Dansby is the highest rated LB at 90 overall. With 79 speed, 94 tackle, 88 Block Shedding, 93 pursuit, and 89 play recognition to go along with 86 power moves and 78 finesse moves, Dansby is one of the most well-rounded LBs in the game. The rest of the starting LBs are as followed: MLB Channing Crowder (79), ROLB Cameron Wake (76),and ROLB Koa Misi( 67).

The Dolphins have a Great Dline in this years game, led by defensive tackle Randy Starks who has a overall rating of 89. Backup DTs Jason Ferguson and Paul Soliai have ratings of 82 and 76 respectively. LEs Kendall Langford (79), Phillip Merling (75),and rookie Jared Odrick (71) make up the rest of the notable Dlinemen.

The Dolphins have one of the best but underrated secondaries in the game. Starting with the trio of corners, led by 2nd year man Vontae Davis who is an 82 overall. Davis has 92 speed and 93 jump. Next is veteran Will Allen who comes in at an 81 Overall. Allen has 91peed, and solid pursuit and recognition. Last but definitely not least of the three is Sean Smith. IMO he is one of the best corners in Madden. He’s 6’3 214lbs which is unheard of at the corner position. His madden rating is only a 79 but he plays like a 99. With 89 speed, 96 jump, 68 tackle, 71 hit power, 85 pursuit, and 76 catch, he’s one of the most underrated players in Madden. Yeremiah Bell is the best safety with a 82 overall rating.
