| raiders for sure.. check there secondary out .. they got really fast ppl now and their offense will be good once demarcus russel learns to handle pressure well... ive noticed when ppl blitz on him he has a hard time throwing accurate..but any other time he can throw pretty well

| yeah but u also gotta have team chemistry. which theyhave been lacking. because they r a skilled team. but they dnt mesh well yet.

| Niners, Bills & Dolphins will improve the most. Any offense will be better than what Hostler the former offensive coordinator put forth last year. The defense is good already and will get better with Manny Lawson back. I like the Bills adding Marcus Stroud and James Hardy gives them a big time red zone threat. Parcels alone will account for a few extra wins with his personell changes. Ronnie Brown will be back too.

| Don't know bout that one man. You guys lost Calvin Pace and Bryant Johnson. I like the pickup of Early Doucet and Rogers-Cromartie, but things don't look too good after that.

| Panthers.... Williams and Stewart will be a nice duo in the backfield, plus they finally got some help for Steve Smith. Also, Peppers will be coming from the QB's blind spot this year.

| Good point about the backfield, but Mush Mohamad is getting old man and we will see what DJ Hackett does. They are in that tough division too, Bucs/Saints twice a year is not the best situation
