yes this guy is horrible...sam bradford ran him down....they can say he was "out of gas" lmfao but he is just slow and washed up

Harper should have been cut some time ago, but I do believe he was still under contract. They don't owe him much but he's really just there to be there.

its not like he ever really had a career to begin with, its not like he is a star at all he is just some guy playing safety, he could get cut any day for any reason really
