    Default Defensive Lockdown Guide

    Hi, guys!

Here I am getting ready to spend some cash in another hopefully great guide, but before doing so, can someone tell me what defensive formations are covered in this?

And if anyone got the ebook, is it good?

I loved all the other ebooks I got from this site, so this shouldn't be any different, but I'd like to hear your opinions.

    Thanks

There are 16 plays in the ebook. Most people use no more than 5-10 plays on defense compared to on offense where people use 30 or so.

    The formations covered are:

    Nickel Strong
    46 Bear
    Dollar 3-2-6
    3-4 Even
    Dime Flat/Normal
    4-3 Over
    Sub 2-3-6 Flex
    3-3-5 Bear
    3-4 Solid
    Quarters 3 Deep.

If you have any other questions let me know

    Thank you.

Are those plays based on what playbook?

Since the new custom playbook addition was added this year, we found the best plays in 2 playbooks. The 2 playbooks that we found the plays out of are the 46 and BAL. There isn't too much variation between playbooks on defense, so I am sure you could find them in others. You can take the plays and formations in the ebook and dump them all into your custom playbook, or you could choose either the 46 or the Baltimore defensive playbooks depending on which plays you like best.

    Hope this helped.

Great news! I've always ran the 4-6 PB on defense!

If those plays are there, then the ebook is mine!!!

I just find it missing some 4-6 Normal plays there...

And yeah, I completely forgot about the custom playbook feature...

One last question. These plays require many adjustments or are they simple to set up plays? Yeah, I'm not very skilled with the stick...

That isn't a big deal. There are a few plays that require up to 5 steps to setup. (For advanced players that is pretty simple to do in 8 seconds which is the amount of time that it takes the offense to break the huddle to when you can first snap the ball)

Most of the plays are 2-3 steps and some are as little as 1 step.

It it a great ebook, although I haven't tested it yet on the real game, cause I'm from Portugal and the game won't be available here. I had to buy it online and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. Probably another week or so.

I was hoping for a guide with less manual adjustments, cause I hate giving away my intentions to my opponents. Nevertheless, the plays are great and I can't wait to try them on the real thing.
