On normal online it appears you can use them. If you go to "Head to Head" for online-- where you pick your playbook before the game starts it lets you pick John Madden, Tom Landry, Dick Vermial, Brian Billic, etc on offensive. Defense has no legendary playbooks.

I wish they had a Mike Martz offense. That would be sickishly gay :)

They also do have custom playbooks-- I edited a teams playbook by a few plays and saved it and it appears you can use that online too. I don't believe you can set your own audibles though.

I set my custom playbook as my "favorite playbook" under game options. Then I went to settings and custom audibles and you get a box saying:

--- "Custom playbook audibles cannot be modified. If you wish to continue your default playbook will be changed to the playbook of your favorite team. This cannot be reset!"

Yeah now that the slant outs have been taken out, finding those money plays is going to be a needle in a haystack.

Pitt. They have ace pair chief and strong twins now. Rams looks real nice too with SB bunch and all the running formations.

One thing I do know; I'm not a fan of Lovie Smith's playbook in Chicago. NO is my favorite so far.
