That play sucks. Every time I have run it in this game, its been a pick 6. It doesn't work in man (obviously) or any play with a zone in the flat (which is nearly every play except cover 4). Don't waste your time.

There is a bubble screen that is one of your formation audibles in whichever weak formation is found in the Carolina playbook. You have two WR's on the left side and if you notice that there is not a man lined up directly over your inside WR; you can audible to this play and throw it to him almost immediately after you call hike. Your outside WR should block the closest corner and then you just have to make the FS miss
