I use the pump fake draw and it works really well when they're in zone
Your problem is that you're using danny woodhead. You want to swap your running backs out with the patriots.
Try this:
Start the law firm at tailback and Stevan Ridley at fullback.
Have woodhead be the backup and the third down back. Have faulk as your backup third down back.
Mix up your personnel with FB and talback runs. When you're in single back, switch between the HB Sub, Normal, and Fullback alignments....That way you get carries with all 3 backs. Keeps the defense off balance.
Also, don't get too predictable. If every time you have Woodhead in, you run a sweep...you become quite easy to stop.
starting BGJE doesn't really do anything, ive fumbled with him and woodhead so many times its a joke. Theres not really any tips except to read the dline and see where the hole opens up. if they starts usering closing the hole down, either cover up, or just bail out and hope he over pursues.
But for getting picked, what routes are you running?
use the lawfirm he has the best overall carry ratting 99 i think. save woodhead for outside runs. also run hb screens, draws, wr screen. Also a good play is streaking tightend or slot receiver out of bunch formation.just wait for them to clear linebackers and read the safety. i use to run with pats all the time. how is your depth chart set up?
If ur going to stick to running the ball all game, ur not gona win against the better players
