Turbo blitz?

I've seen this term used in conjunction with setting up enhanced blitzes. What is it and how is it initiated?

Turbo Blitz is a way to run off the line at full speed without accelerating

This is how I think it is done another way. Can't really say because I'm not playing the game at the moment.

1) Go to the line or wherever you are going to blitz from.
2) Hit audible. Keep the audible screen up.
3) Hold left stick down.
