Stoping toss plays

How do you stop these plays?

I am using the Chargers in an online franchise, def playbook is the Ravens although considering changing this...

I pinch my line a lot and spread my linebackers but find im getting gased on either side of a pitch.

Any helps or tips on how to stop this...

I have Castillo Liuget Brace and a rookie DT Fletcher with 99 str

AJ Hawk Haralson Phillips and a rookie MLB in a 3-4 when used....

cover 2 sink shift lb's direction of toss is going and re blitz opposite de works for a loss most times

ya Cover 2 or Cover 2 Sink stops it cold,you dont have to shift the LBs tho,just play a LB and pursuit the play..the CBs crash down and stop the RB in his tracks..if u shift your LBs you gonna expose yourself to the Counter

Ya that cover 2 outa 3-4 solid seems to work well against the toss,Show blitz and slide the d line to the side that u think the toss is going to.User the safety to try and blow it up
