Anyone use this as a base formation and have any blitzes they use to get fast pressure
You can use a basic man-blitz and have your three corners and two safeties watching all their eligible receivers and your lineman and backers blitzing using a play called Prowl Blitz. Very good pressure without any adjustments.
I also like to user my safety that watches the running back which in my case is usually Ryan Clark. He's probably the worst I have in coverage due to his height, speed, and jumping but I love him in run coverage. He has high hit power and tackling and against screens I can take the angle to shutting it down or picking it off.
Coupling that is quick audibling to a cover 3 or cover 2 if you suspect a quick pass and want to anticipate a quick throw.
I believe the formation also has cover 2 sink and that's a successful no adjustment run stopper. It might be the cover 2 quickie audible but I'm not sure because the only team i use that has it is Philly and I'm hardly ever takin off lineman just to keep linebackers LOL.
SnA has a good thread in the Exclusive Section for the 3-3-5. Depends what PB you use tho, if you use Multi D none of those plays are in there.
