Default Dual tight end corner routes

out of I form tight. I can't stop this at all. Dude comes out and runs tosses to Jamal Charles then when I gear up to stop that, he runs corners to the tight ends. I can't user both players and purple routes are stupid in this game.

This is literally his whole offense. Throw in a slant to Bowe and it's almost unstoppable. 1 tightend will always be open.

    Any suggestions?

I run with cincy in this league and use the Baltimore defense.

2 Man under and then spread your Safeties and highlight the TE. When he tries to throw the corner route, your safety should jump the route (or if you can, just come out in a nickel formation and put a CB on the TE) and get an INT.

But generally you can just manually cover it?

I can cover one side, but both te's are running mirror patterns. Then I have to watch the toss to fast ass Jamal Charles.

Yeah, I would just run a nickel package and put your slot CB on the side that the WR is on and then run 2-Man Under and spread your safeties.

This will allow you to roam the middle of the field with a LBer, have both TE's covered by CB's and yeah.

I'll try that, thanks. It's hard because I'm so used to the Ravens Reed would cover that whole side by himself.

Just put your corners on his tight ends and put your corner #3 on Bowe (even if that means moving your corners to safety). Run tight man and bring some heat. Problem Solved.

This works, with the Ravens. For some reason when I try this with Cincinatti, (my league team) it doesn't work lol.

I did notice that I was trying so hard to stop J. Charles that I was neglecting the pass.

Oh well back to the lab I go.
